CSC takes to dancing: set-up for OnDance in Milan

Dance set-up for CSC

From 11th to 17th June 2018, Milan became the capital of dance with On Dance. It was a real party of movement and dance.

The artistic direction of the event was entrusted to Roberto Bolle, the most famous exponent of Italian dance, the first dancer in the world to be both Étoile of the Teatro at the  Scala in Milan and Principal Dancer of the American Ballet Theatre in New York.

CSC Allestimenti was also a protagonist of this beautiful initiative: we positioned and set up different stages in the most beautiful parts of the city, each of which hosted themed events.

Beauty on stage: stages, towers and platforms for competitions

We started from Piazza Castello, where Roberto Bolle performed inside the Sforza Castle. Here we freed the square from benches and planters and we created fencing for public access. How? With 2 advertising towers made with a multi-directional Pilosio and PVC graphics.

We set up a photographic exhibition in Via Dante on the theme of the history of dance. Inside Galleria Vittorio Emanuele we set up a stage with a back drop on which famous DJs took it in turns to play pieces of Tango and where many dancers performed. The arrival of Roberto Bolle at midnight crowned what had already been a wonderful day!

We created a platform at Palco Buzzi in Parco Sempione for dance workshops held by international professionals and La Scala dancers.

It was a very important event that we were proud to participate in, which came to a beautiful close in front of the Arco della Pace (and a crowd of 5,000 people!). We simply couldn't miss the final performance of the great Roberto Bolle who was happy and excited about the great emotional involvement in a unique event of its kind.
